Reserved Victorian 14K silver rose cut diamond ruby crescent brooch

The rose cut diamonds are approx 4 ctw by spread and the rubies are approximately 2.25 ctw. I believe the rubies are natural with no treatment but I didn't submit to GIA (because the results of a survey you all took for me indicated that GIA was not a priority in your consideration for a piece like this).

Hallmark: silver and 14k with oak leaf mark, indicating it's Dutch origin.
Weight: 7.6 grams
Measurement: approx 3cm
Impeccable antique condition with no obvious defects.
