Shop Policies


Layaway/ payment plans are offered as a courtesy to our customers for full priced item(s) with a value of $500 and above.

The first payment (a minimum of 20%) is a nonrefundable deposit and is required to reserve a piece. The remaining payments are due every month thereafter. The length of layaway will be determined by the value of the item and shall be agreed upon between buyer and seller.

Payments may be made sooner, and the item will ship as soon as total payment is received. All layaway payments must be timely, any late or missed payments will void the entire layaway transaction. Items purchased through a layaway are not eligible for returns/refunds or exchanges. Please contact us if you are interested in setting up a layaway/payment plan.


Once your payment is cleared, we will ship within 3 business days. All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the U.S. 

with tracking information. 

Insurance is available upon request for all items. Shipping charges automatically cover the cost of insurance for all domestic orders over $150. Outside of this range, buyers have the option to purchase insurance at their own expenses.

International orders below $400 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which does not provide tracking information. Orders above $400 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail with insurance. Customs duties, taxes, and related charges are the buyers responsibility and these charges are not included in the shipping cost of the item. For International buyers who desire expedited/alternative shipping options, please send me a message before your purchase so that I can provide an accurate estimate of the shipping and insurance costs.

**Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is current and correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, reshipping will be the responsibility of and at the cost of the buyer.

**For insurance reasons, we cannot ship to Russia and a few other restricted countries/regions. Please get in touch with us prior to the transaction if you are not sure that your destination will be serviced or covered.

**In the rare event that an item is damaged during the transit, please retain the item and mailing container (including the wrapping, packaging, and other contents received) for the purpose of insurance claim investigation. Failing to provide the required evidence of damage may lead to the denial of claim and will be at the sole risk of the buyer.


If you are unhappy about your purchase for some reason, we will be glad to accept return for refund. Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery for return instructions 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items: 
- Custom or personalized orders 
- Layaway purchases 
- Item condition was altered

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of return shipping and tracking information. 
Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval 

Once your return is received and inspected to be in the original condition, your refund will be processed with 1-3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Effective on October 11, 2019, PayPal and other credit card payment processors no longer refunds processing fees for returned merchandise or cancelled orders. In the case of refund, we have to deduct the processing fee from the refund (3% domestic and 4.4% international).

Sale items 
Items sold with discounts/negotiated prices are final sales and returns are only accepted if items are grossly misrepresented. Please contact us within three calendar days of the delivery.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for return, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
