Antique Victorian French 18K Yellow Gold 2.50 CTW Old Mine Cut Rose Cut Diamond Pearl Pin Brooch Pendant

This magnificent antique 18K diamond button pearl pendant brooch is our recent rare find. Made in France during the late 19th century, the front of the brooch pendant is set with 72 white, clean, and fiery old mine cut and rose cut diamonds (approx. 2.50 ctw, G-H-I color, VS clarity) and 5 lustrous button pearls (ranging from 7.8mm to 5.5mm), forming an intricate decor that is in between a blooming bouquet and an ornate cross.

More amazingly, this brooch pendant has a foldable bale on the top, the pin stem can be removed, and the pin catch can be folded down to be worn comfortably as a pendant! It saves you the pain (and guilt!) of brooch-to-pendant conversion :)

Dimensions: approx. 1.5" long and 1 & 3/8" wide. WEIGHT: 13.6 grams.

Metal and Hallmark: 18KT gold (French Eagle head and a small maker's mark are marked on the pin stem. The maker's mark is also marked on the bale as well. Tested as such).

Condition: excellent antique condition (I seldom use excellent to rate an antique piece and only use when I believe the quality and condition is exceptional). All diamonds are present and very sparkly. The pearls have minor natural blemishes. The pin mechanism works properly. Please refer to the listing pictures for the general condition.
