This classic 14K Victorian diamond starburst locket is a must-have piece for your personal wardrobe. In fact, it has traditionally been the most popular antique adornment piece. Thus, I have been extremely fortunate to come across this fabulous piece and offer for sale!

The center features a fiery and sparkly sizable prong set old European cut diamond (approx. 0.23-0.25 ct, color H-I, SI2 clarity) set in a starburst pattern. You rarely see a starburst locket that has this size of a diamond in the center (Most diamond starburst lockets of this type are set with a tiny diamond ranging from 5 to 10 points).

More importantly, this locket is clearly marked 14K inside! It is an amazing old piece that remains in an impeccable condition as the locket still retains its original frames/inserts, celluloid covers and two old photos of a sweet couple from that era, which presumably are the original owners.
There are two artistic monograms that appear to be either " WM" or "MW" on the back.

Condition: very fine antique condition with minor patina, scratches, and wear. The hinge is in a good working condition and the closure is firm and tight. Please refer to the listed pictures for the general condition.
