This is an old and charming large size antique gold filled bolt clasp with heavy-duty oval link extender. These are original parts/findings for an antique watch chain. 

It can be used as a chain extender/connector or charm holder.

Metal: unmarked gold filled. 

Bolt Clasp Measurement: ~13/16" by 11/16"; Link width ranges from 4.7mm-5.4mm (largest oval end link).
