Antique 10K Solid Gold Old Cut Diamond Starburst Square Shape Watch Fob Locket, Monogram AG, Gift for Her

This classic early 1900s late-Victorian 10K solid gold old cut diamond watch fob locket is a must-have piece for any vintage jewelry lover and my all-time favorite. This square-shaped locket features a small but sparkly antique old cut diamond set with a starburst pattern in the center.  

The back has two artistic monograms that appear to be "AG". Opening from the side, it has two compartments for photos or small personal notes.

The starburst diamond locket is one of the most popular items in our shop—we’ve sold many over the years. This type of locket appears in the E.V. Roddin & Company 1917 Catalog, CBN Jewelry Catalogue 1910, and Illustrated Jewelry Catalogue 1892. These references serve as our dating evidence and indicate that this classic style was popular from the 1890s to the 1910s. Needless to say, it remains highly sought after by collectors today.

Size: approx. 15/16" long (including the ornate hanging setting, excluding the top jump ring) and 7/8" wide.

Metal: Unmarked, which is typical for jewelry made in that period but X-ray tested around 10k.

Locket Weight: ~4.3 grams
