Substantial Antique Victorian 14K Gold Taille D'Epargne Black Enamel Tassel Pendant

This is an extremely rare, gorgeous and large size antique mid-Victorian 14K solid gold tassel pendant. Originally part of the long muff/guard chain, but now it is offered independently for sale. 

The tassel has beautiful and intact black enameling details carved in the Taille D'Epargne technique.

Measurement: The tassel pendant-2.5" long. All measures are approximate.

Metal: unmarked as typical for jewelry in this period but thoroughly tested. I have sold many antique Victorian tassel pendants in the past and I haven't seen one of such size and quality as this one. The timeless design is perfect for all occasions. Total Weight: 18.5 grams (hefty!)

Condition: excellent antique condition with light patina and wear. Black enamel is in great shape with minimal wear. The jump ring is gold filled. Please look through all the listing pictures for the general condition.
