This exquisite antique 18K silver pave-set diamond heart charm pendant is from the late Victorian Era (1880s-1900s). It was just released from my personal collection and is now offered for sale.

The piece fully exemplifies the peak of fine jewelry craftsmanship during the Victorian Era. There are a total of 52 pave-set white, clean and sparkly old cut diamonds ( a mix of old mine, old European and single cut diamonds) on the front demonstrating the extraordinary skill of jewelry making.

The center is highlighted with a fiery old mine cut diamond (approx. 0.47 to 0.50 ct, I color and VS clarity) surrounded by well matched smaller diamonds that are graduated in size.

Total Diamonds: approx. 4.00-4.50 ctw, GHI in color, VS/SI (a majority are VS with a few tiny ones as SI). Please keep in mind these antique diamonds are not measured, cut, or graded by today’s modern standards, but they have tons of antique charm that modern diamonds cannot replicate. As they were mostly cut by hand, it is normal to see tiny chips & rough unpolished sides / edges for diamonds cut in that period.

It is finished with a delicate mil-grain edge. The back has beautiful floral carving metal work, which truly indicates its remarkable and age appropriate workmanship.

Measurement: approx. 1"x1" without the bale, 1&7/16" with the bale.

Metal: 18K and silver. Unmarked but tested.

Circa: 1880s-1900s.

Weight: 9.83 grams.

Condition: Very fine condition with normal wear and minor imperfections due to age and handmade nature. Please refer to the listing pictures for the general condition.
