Large Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Heart Shape Vinaigrette Keepsake Locket, Full Hallmark 1889, Gift for Her

Here is a breathtaking and rare large size antique Victorian sterling silver heart-shaped vinaigrette locket. I believe it was made in the US, and it has a patent year of 1889. It has a delicate and ornate open work floral pattern cover on top and is clean on the back. Opened from the two side bullets, the case reveals a deep compartment with its original vinaigrette filter inside. It also still retains its original bale at the top which allows it to be worn as a pendant. Gold wash surface inside. The whole piece is in a pristine condition with all components intact.

This vinaigrette pendant is such a sentimental and romantic piece!
