Large Antique Victorian 10K Solid Gold Coral Locket, Circa 1880s

This gorgeous and large-sized genuine Victorian 10K solid gold oval locket is a fabulous piece for antique jewelry collectors.

The surface of the locket has a rich high karat yellow gold finish, which is typical for many solid gold lockets made in that era. The front of the locket features a floral decor set with three coral beads. The back has ornate etched details with a crest space for engravings, so it is perfect to add your own or your loved one's initials if desired.

Opening from the side, it reveals two compartments perfect for photos, a lock of hair, or a secret love note. The locket retains two original bezels, two paper liners and a glass cover which is cracked but can be easily replaced or if can function without it.
