The chain has an oxidized green gold tone in real life, full of antique vibe and extremely charming. (*Green gold is simply an alloy difference that makes the modification in gold tone. Green gold is the result of alloy of silver, copper and nickel or zinc mixing into pure yellow gold.)

It remains in an impeccable condition for its age, and it is structured with solid oval-shaped interlocking cable links. The two ends of the chain are connected at the top loop of a dog clip.

Measurement: Double length from top to end including dog clip is 19", so it can be worn as a long single layer chain or double layering as clipping the far end of the chain into the dog clip.

*The listing is for the chain only. The paired 10K locket came to me with the chain but is sold through a separate listing.

Metal: it is marked "14" inside the dog clip, but the whole chain is tested 18k with X-ray and confirmed with acid. Again, gold mixture was not standard in old days, this one is well above what it's marked.

Weight: 20.24 grams.
