Antique Victorian 14K Solid Gold Book Chain, Collar Locket Chain, Etruscan Revival Statement Necklace

Circa 1870s-1880s, this magnificent antique 14K collar/book chain is such a classic and fine example of Victorian Etruscan Revival jewelry. All parts are original.

As many of you know, Victorian solid gold book chains are harder to find while gold filled examples are relatively abundant.

Measurement: approx. 20.25" long. Approx. 0.5" link width.

Weight: 47.3 grams.

Metal: 14k with high karat bloomed finish. Unmarked, which is typical for the period, but tested.

Excellent antique condition overall with patina and minor wear. The clasp is in great working condition.
