This beautiful and elegant antique 18K gold five-stone old mine cut diamond ring is our recent acquisition from England. It was made in the Edwardian Era (1909) in London with full English hallmarks. It features five charming, clean, white and sparkly antique old mine cut diamonds (approx. 1.15 ctw). All stones are prong set with open back and finished with a smooth and graduated shank.

The center diamond (approx. 0.35 ct) is surrounded by two old mine cut diamonds on each side (approx. 0.25ct x 2, 0.15ct x 2, total approx. 1.15 ctw), forming a classic five-stone ring design. All five stones are high color G/H/I, VS in clarity on average with one or two have minor chips/naturals, which are common for old mine diamonds. They have classic old mine cut diamond characteristics: chunky, high crown with large open culet. They really glow with mesmerizing glitter!

Hallmark and metal: English Crown, 18, City mark of London and a date mark "0", indicating 1909.

Size: 7-7.25. It can be resized easily by a jeweler.

Weight: 4.57 grams of solid weight

Condition: Excellent antique condition and all stones are secured in the setting. However, given the age and delicate design of the ring, I recommend checking with your local qualified jeweler once a year to see if any service is needed.

This is a precious heirloom piece, which can be a perfect engagement ring or a gorgeous anniversary ring!
