Antique Art Deco 14K Solid Gold Rectangular Ornate Etched Photo Locket, Monogram TAS, Personalized Pendant, Strobell & Crane

This darling antique 14K rectangular locket is made by the Strobell & Crane Company. Made in the 1920s-1930s, the front of the locket features a wreath of garnishment encircling a textured floral decor. The background is comprised of an engine turned texture. The back is engraved with monograms that appear to be "TAS". As you can tell from the listing images, this is an amazing old piece that still remains in a fabulous condition. It also retains all the original components: two bezels, two film covers and an old baby photo.

Hallmark and Maker: "S14C", which is a standard hallmark for 14K jewelry made by Strobell & Crane, a maker of fine gold cuff-links and other fine jewelry during the early decades of the 20th century. Strobell & Crane were listed as early as 1909, and were incorporated in 1922, as manufacturers of fine jewelry in Newark, NJ.

Metal: solid 14K gold and marked as such.

Weight: 7.7 grams.

Condition: very fine antique condition with minor scratches and wear. The hinge is strong and closure is firm and secure. Please refer to the listing pictures for the general condition.
