This is a fabulous large size square shape vintage gold filled/rolled gold/gold plated carabiner clasp. It is an original part/findings of a 1940s watch fob key chain. 

It can be used as a chain extender/connector or charm holder, which adds lots of character to your necklace layering and is super stylish.

Metal: unmarked, but probably gold filled/rolled gold/gold plated metal.
