Antique Art Deco Baltic Butterscotch Egg Yolk Amber Bead Graduated Choker Necklace, 24 Inches, Gift for Her

This is one of the best antique Baltic butterscotch egg yolk amber graduated bead necklaces that I have come across. Made in the Art Deco Era, the strand is composed of 54 varying sized natural Baltic butterscotch egg yolk amber oval beads. The amber beads passed smell and UV light tests to confirm they are natural Baltic amber. The beads also contain natural inclusions and color variations. The strand is connected with its original gold filled old style clasp (marked "1/20 12KT GF").

This antique amber necklace is absolutely charming and precious with tons of character. The beads are vivid orange to orange brown color, which is the most desirable and sought after type. The texture is smooth and warm (a telltale sign of natural amber). It has a lively and playful look but is not overly weighty because of the light weight nature of natural amber. So, it is very comfortable to wear.

Measurement: 24 inches long. The bead sizes range from 20.4mm x 16.5mm to 8.4mm x 6.5mm. Measurements are approximate.
