Small Antique 1904 10K Medallion Medal Fob Gold Maltese Cross Charm Pendant, Gift for Her

Truly one of a kind small size antique 1904 10K Maltese cross medallion/medal watch fob pendant.
It was engraved "Excellence" on the front and "St John's School June 1904" on the back, indicating it is over 120 years old!

Measurement: ~15/16" (top to bottom) by 3/4". 

Weight: ~1.12 grams. 

Metal: Unmarked but tested at around 10k. The small jump ring is antique gold filled replacement.
