Antique Victorian 10K Solid Gold Ornate Interlocking Link 34" Long Guard Chain Necklace, Gift for Her

This exquisite 10K solid gold antique long guard/muff chain is from the Victorian Era (circa 1880s-1890s).  Constructed with ornate textured interlocking links, this Victorian long chain is connected with an antique bolt clasp. 

Because of a more complex and intricate link construction, the chain is denser/heavier than those chains in the conventional Victorian interlocking link design. 

Super charming and versatile. Like many other antique gold chains sold and presented in my store, this chain is unique and beautiful.  It can be worn in a single length or doubled up.

Metal: unmarked which is period correct, but tested at 10k by both X-ray and acid. The bolt clasp and tiny jump ring are antique gold filled replacement, which are quite common.

Measurement: a little over 34", a perfect length for necklace layering and ~6.4-6.5 mm link width.

Weight: ~34.8 grams.

Excellent condition with minor patina and wear. I don't rate Victorian chains in the excellent category often because most of them have various degrees of mishaps but NOT this one.
